Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is a full service real estate brokerage dealing in residential and commercial real estate sales, leasing and property management.

Frances Lewis is currently manager of the Westlake Village Regional office –  she oversees a 12 person staff and 175 real estate agents encompassing; transaction management, training, negotiations, sales meetings, profit and loss, recruiting and retention,  client management and relations. Ms. Lewis' previous business experience includes serving on a number of Boards, both for profit and non profit including America West Bank, Wellness Community, National Charity League, Volunteer League,  Professional Standards for Board of Realtors.

Ms. Lewis is a graduate of California State University Northridge, she also attended Pepperdine University Law School, she is California Real Estate Licensee.

Ms. Lewis has been a Southern California resident since 1972.  She raised three children and is now a grandmother of  four.
