Mr. Woodworth is the Founder and CEO of Channel Islands Equities, a private investment banking firm. He is the former President of Network Omni, a global language services firm, and executive with Security Pacific Corporation in corporate finance and banking, venture capital and strategic planning.

Steve Woodworth received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, his MBA degree in Finance from California Lutheran University; and is a  graduate of the Managerial Policy Institute, University of Southern California.

Mr. Woodworth is a lifetime Santa Barbara / Ventura County resident.; A proud grandparent, and former MBA instructor and military officer.  He has a long history of leadership in both educational and performing arts foundations.
